How a Bill Becomes a Law

The more I write comics about Trump, the more I feel that they become abstract stream-of-consciousness. Which, honestly, is the only way I can really make sense of him anymore.
Better to keep him in allegory, I guess, but sometimes I just need a direct hit.
This whole “Trump scores a victory against Republican leadership” narrative has been the lamest way to manufacture a win. And yet, the press just went with it. Fun times ahead.
